Identifying solutions for 'inbetweener' cats

This Cat Friendly decision-making document provides  information regarding the identification of a type of cat, referred to as an ‘inbetweener’. These cats have previously been kept as pets despite being unsuited to this lifestyle because they are fearful, anxious or frustrated and do not behave as owners expect them to in terms of being near people and able to be stroked.
